Head Chef Carlo Scotto joined Babbo in September 2012, bringing his passion and knowledge to our kitchen.
Having worked with Angela Hartnett at Murano and at Galvin La Chappelle, Carlo has a wealth of experience, creating seasonal menus for Babbo using the highest-quality ingredients and sourcing produce straight from Italy, such as our creamy burrata cheese, 25 year-aged Balsamic Vinegar and 8 year-aged Parmesan cheese.
